By accessing, using, or participating in Raid Zone (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raid Zone ("we," "us," "our," "Company") governing your use of our blockchain-based boss-fighting gaming platform.
Raid Zone is an experimental gaming platform operating on the Solana blockchain where participants place FREE bets on whether a boss character will be defeated or survive during timed combat phases. This is currently in BETA testing phase with limited access.
Raid Zone is currently in testing phase. Access is limited to authorized users and AI bots. The platform is being evaluated for interest and viability before potential expansion to real-world gaming with proper licensing.
During the BETA testing phase, all betting is completely FREE. No SOL or cryptocurrency payment is required to place bets. This is a test environment to gauge community interest.
Payouts are automatically distributed to winning wallets at the end of each round. Winners receive tokens directly to their connected Solana wallet. The platform handles all distribution through smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
If the platform transitions from BETA testing to licensed real-world gaming, a fee structure may be introduced. Any such changes will be communicated clearly and will require updated Terms of Service acceptance.

Any content you submit (including usernames and feedback) may be used by us for Platform operation and promotion without compensation.

All game activities and transactions are recorded on the public Solana blockchain and are permanently visible to anyone. This is an inherent characteristic of blockchain technology.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for claims seeking injunctive relief.

Users must comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws in their jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to investigate and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities. This may include freezing accounts or withholding payouts pending investigation.

In case of technical malfunctions affecting game integrity, we reserve the right to void affected rounds and refund participants at our discretion.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between parties regarding Platform use and supersede all prior agreements.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
These Terms may be assigned by Raid Zone to affiliated entities but not by users without written consent.
